How much does a party DJ cost in the Fraser Valley?

$250 an hour, four-hour minimum — $1,000 before tax. That’s a DJ, the booth, and dance lighting. Travel included from North Vancouver to Hope; beyond that it’s $100 an hour, quoted up front.

The nights we do, and the standard that doesn’t change

The nights

Five we do often.

Birthdays. The milestone ones especially. Forty is not a wedding and should not sound like one.

Anniversaries. Second or twenty-fifth. Music from the year it started, without turning the night into a history lesson.

Holiday parties. Family, friends, or the whole street. The one night a year your cousins agree on something.

Themed nights. Halloween, masquerade, eighties. Tell us the idea and we’ll tell you honestly whether it survives a whole night.

Backyards. Gender reveals, graduations, a Saturday that got out of hand on purpose. We bring the power plan too.

Same four artists. Same rig. Smaller room.

You are not getting the B team because it isn’t a wedding. Four artists, one standard, 400+ weddings behind us since 2019. The only thing that changes is how long we’re there.

How much does a private party DJ cost?
$250 an hour, four-hour minimum — $1,000 before tax, including the booth and dance lighting.
Can we book just a couple of hours?
No. Four hours is the minimum. Setup and soundcheck cost the same whether we play two hours or six, and we’d rather be straight about that than pad the hourly rate.
Do you do outdoor and backyard parties?
Yes. Tell us where the power is, or tell us there isn’t any and we’ll plan for that.
Can we give you a playlist?
Yes — and a do-not-play list, which matters more. Both get honoured.
Do you MC?
We make announcements. We don’t host. Nobody’s uncle has to watch a stranger try to be funny.
