How a Lodge wedding usually runs

This comes from our own notes on Lodge weddings. It is what couples have planned, not the Lodge’s rules. Your coordinator has the final word.

The ceremony

Most couples get married a short walk from the reception, about 20 metres down a gravel path near the grill area. If you book the Ceremony chapter, we set up the ceremony sound down there before your guests sit down.

The reception

Dinner and dancing happen under the tent. Our DJ sets up by the bar.

The end of the night

Nearly every Lodge couple we have played for ended at 11 pm. We plan the whole night back from that.

Load-in

We unload at the main driveway, then move the van down to street parking, the way the Lodge asks vendors to. We bring our own power cords and cover for the outdoor gear.

What does a DJ at the Lodge cost?

If your night ends at 11, like most Lodge weddings we have played, that is our ceremony to 11 pm option: $2,115. The Whole Day, after-party included: $2,445 · Reception only: $1,440. Harrison Hot Springs is inside our service area, North Vancouver to Hope, so travel is included.

Lucas kept our dance floor going all night at our wedding, and we got so many comments from our friends about how great of a DJ he was! He did a great job mixing our personal requests and other hype songs together to really appeal to our crowd. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a DJ!

Have you DJed at The Lodge on Harrison Lake before?
Yes, dozens of times. We know the ceremony spot down the gravel path, the tent, and where vendors park.
Where does the DJ set up at the Lodge?
For the reception, by the bar under the tent. That is where most of our Lodge couples have had us. If you book the Ceremony chapter, we also set up sound down at the ceremony spot.
Do you charge travel to the Lodge?
No. Harrison Hot Springs is inside our service area, North Vancouver to Hope, so travel is included.
What time does the music end at the Lodge?
Nearly every Lodge couple we have played for ended at 11 pm. Check the end time for your date with the Lodge, and we will plan the night to it.
Which DJ will play our Lodge wedding?
Any of our four artists can. Check your date to see who is free.
