How a Sandpiper Resort wedding usually runs

This comes from our own notes on Sandpiper weddings. It is what couples have planned, not the resort’s rules. Your coordinator has the final word.

The ceremony

Couples marry in four places here: under the walnut tree, under the oak, at the arbour in the forest by the first hole, or on the Inn’s front lawn. Tell us which one and we bring ceremony sound to it.

The reception

The reception is under the tent, about 100 feet from wherever you stand to say your vows. Dinner, speeches and dancing all happen there.

The end of the night

Most couples we have played for here plan a midnight finish. Ask the resort what your date allows, and we plan the night back from it.

What does a DJ at Sandpiper Resort cost?

Most Sandpiper nights run to midnight, so the usual answer is The Whole Day, after-party included, $2,445. Without the after-party — $2,115. Reception only — $1,440. Harrison Mills is inside our service area, North Vancouver to Hope, so travel is included.
